The Opportunity
The Township of Minden Hills (Township) is seeking a partner or partners for the re-development of the Community Centre (4713 Gelert Road, Lochlin) and property and is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI). The redevelopment plan(s) must meet a broad community need and include a community gathering space to serve the neighbouring and broader communities.
Procedure for Submission of the Expression of Interest
To be considered, all replies to or questions about this notice should be submitted as soon as possible uniquely through the following channel of communication:

Proposals should outline the following:
- Description of re-development
- Project and Financing Plan
- Reason for submitting the proposal, including fit with the community
- How the proposal meets one or more of the Township’s key objectives
- Demonstrated ability to complete the project successfully and in a timely manner
Deadline for submissions: Your submission must be received by March 24, 2025, by 12 noon
