Fitness Memberships

Fitness Centre Memberships are available for 30 or 90 day terms and the Fitness Centre is open from 8 am to 9 pm, seven days a week. Our state-of-the-art equipment is suitable for all fitness levels, including numerous pieces of cardio equipment along with commercial-grade strength machines and an assortment of functional and accessible fitness equipment. Day passes are available from the front desk in the SG Nesbitt Arena; memberships can be purchased in person, or by phone and can be picked up at the front desk in the arena.

Recreation Passes

A 10x Recreation Pass can be used for admission to any of our drop-in recreation programs; whether they be in the gym, on the track, or on the ice. Your 10x pass expires in one year and is good for programs in all seasons. Passes can be purchased in person, or by phone and can be picked up at the front desk of the SG Nesbitt Arena office.
