The Township of Minden Hills offers numerous locations available to rent to meet your function's needs. With both large and smaller spaces providing a variety of amenities, our locations are perfect for your celebratory and professional events.

Fees and Charges
The costs associated with renting a facility have been adopted through the Township's Fees and Charges By-law and are subject to change. To view the fees, visit the User Fees page.
Our Community Grant Fee Waiver Program may reduce your costs if you or your organization qualifies.
Conditions
Rental fees must be paid in full prior to the rental date. Proof of insurance may be required in some circumstance. Items must be returned in the same condition. The renter will be responsible for any damages or repairs caused during their scheduled time as mentioned within the rental agreement.
Additional approval may be required if using the equipment on Township property. Please plan accordingly by contacting the department well in advance. Renters are responsible for picking up and returning items.
