Program Registration

Online program registration available via Xplor Recreation. Please follow the instructions below to create or access your account.

Online Account

New Clients

If you are a new client you will need to set up an account in order to register for programs. To get started click on the Online Account Button. For the best registration experience, please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge using other browsers may produce unexpected results.

How to create an account

Click on 'Signup’ at the top of the log in box.
Once all fields have been completed, click the ‘Become Member’ button at the bottom. You will receive a new temporary password by e-mail.
After clicking the ‘Become Member’ button, a new screen will open. On this screen you can edit your account information and add family members. Family members must be listed under your account for you to register them for a program. Add all family member information so your account is up to date. Once everyone is updated, click on your name in the top right corner to log out and exit the web browser.
Check your e-mail for an e-mail from us. Click on the link in the e-mail and use the username and password provided in that e-mail to log in.
When you log in using the username and password that was e-mailed, you will be asked to reset your password. Choose a password that is familiar to you so that you will remember it the next time you log in.

Once you click ‘Save’, a notification will appear that your password has been successfully changed. Then log in using your username and updated password.

Existing Clients

If you are a current client you can log in to your Online Program Registration account to register.

Visit our Online Program Registration website.
Put in your e-mail address and click on ‘Forgot your Password?’
Retrieve your new ‘temporary’ password from your e-mail

Registration or Drop-in Programs

We offer a variety of drop-in and registration based recreation programs for adults, children and families.

Change rooms with showers are available; locker day use is free and you will need to bring your own lock.

Registered Programs

Drop in Programs

Registered programs are offered for a defined number of weeks or classes, for both adults and children, during the day or in the evening. Registration and pre-payment is required for each program, and can be done at the front desk in the arena, or online.

We offer a variety of drop-in recreation programs for adults, children and families. Change rooms with showers are available; locker day use is free and you will need to bring your own lock. These are pay-as-you-go programs and pre-registration is not required. Single admission or 10x recreation passes are available at the front desk in the arena. 10x Recreation Passes are also available to purchase online, with pick-up at the front desk at the arena.
