Subject: Volunteers Needed for “Haunting in Minden Hills” and “Christmas in the Village” events.

Minden Hills Cultural Centre is looking for volunteers to support our Halloween and Christmas events. They are “Haunting in Minden Hills” on October 28 and “Christmas in the Village” on November 18. Volunteers’ duties include assistance with event setup and teardown, greeting visitors, and supporting performers or vendors’ stations.

If you are interested in joining up as a volunteer, please send an e-mail to culturalcentre@mindenhills.ca and include your full name, contact information, and your availability. A valid police record check is required to volunteer. Please apply a week before the beginning of those two events. High school students looking for an opportunity to complete their community volunteer hours are encouraged to apply. Training and orientation will be provided 30 minutes before the event starts.
