Proof of Vaccination Notice

As of September 22, 2021, the Province of Ontario will require members of the public to be fully vaccinated to access certain public settings, including recreation centres (O/Reg 645/21). Visitors and program patrons to the Minden Hills Community Centre and SG Nesbitt Memorial Arena must provide proof of full vaccination as well as proof of identity (such as a driver’s licence or health card) as required by the law. A copy of your vaccine receipt will be accepted as proof. All visitors must also wear a mask while inside the facility, unless actively exercising.
