The purpose of the Special Meeting is for Council to consider the Renewal of the S.G. Nesbitt Memorial Arena and Community Centre Project.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is for Council to consider the following:

• Validation Report Presentation – McDonald Brothers Construction, Parkin Architects and Director of Community Services;
• CSD Report 19-05 CCDC 30 Agreement as amended by SGC’s for Renewal of the S.G. Nesbitt Memorial Arena and Community Centre Project; and
• CSD Report 19-06 Expenditures to date for Validation Phase

Open House for the Renewal of the S.G. Nesbitt Memorial Arena

There will be an Open House regarding the development of plans for the renewal of the S. G. Nesbitt Memorial Arena.

Date: Monday, December 17, 2018
Time: 6:30 PM: Doors Open.  7:00 PM: Presentation, followed by a Question & Answer period
Location: S. G. Nesbitt Community Centre, 55 Parkside Street, Minden, ON

The purpose of the meeting is to review proposed plans for the renewal of the S.G. Nesbitt Memorial Arena.  Representatives from McDonald Bros. Construction Inc., and Parkin Architects will be present, as well as members of the Township of Minden Hills Arena Building Task Force.
