Traffic Safety Awareness Week is August 19-23, 2024

Please watch for our Public Works staff during this week who will be installing signs for our new Community Safety Zone on Water Street and Bobcaygeon Road in Minden. 

What can you do to help make our streets safer? 

• Watch for pedestrians and obey signage for community safety zones, school zones, and crosswalk
• Watch for workers working in construction zones
• Obey speed limits
• Drive according to weather conditions
• Be aware of your surroundings and be a safe and responsible driver
