Public Notice - Shore Road Allowance Applications May 2024
Notice is Hereby Given that the Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills proposes to consider by-laws to stop up, close, and convey those parcels of land more particularly described as follows:
- File No. PLSRA2021078: Part of the original shore road allowance along the shore of Horseshoe Lake, lying in front of 1019 Dungannon Drive located within Lot 12, Concession 5, in the Geographic Township of Minden.
- File No. PLSRA2022006: Part of the original shore road allowance along the shore of Soyers Lake, lying in front of 1053 Keewaydin Road located within Part Lot 31, Concession 9, Geographic Township of Minden.
- File No. PLSRA2022009: Part of the original shore road allowance along the shore of Soyers Lake, lying in front of a vacant lot on Soyers Lake Road, having Roll # 4616-032-000-44960 located within Part Lot 31, Concession 9, Geographic Township of Minden.
The Council meeting to consider a by-law to stop up, close and convey the parcels listed above will be scheduled for May 30, 2024.
The above noted applications are available for inspection in the Building and Planning Department located at 7 Milne Street, Minden, Ontario by appointment only. Additional information may be obtained by contacting the undersigned.
Take Notice That Any person who claims that their land will be prejudicially affected is asked to contact the undersigned at their earliest convenience. If deemed advisable, By-laws giving effect to the proposed closure and conveyance will be passed by the Council for the Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills.
