Notice: Shore Road Allowance Applications July 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills proposes to consider by-laws to stop up, close, and convey those parcels of land more particularly described as follows:
- File No. PLSRA2017070: Part of the original shore road allowance along the shore of Bob Lake, lying in front of 1538 Tennyson Road located within Lot 10, Concession 1, in the Geographic Township of Anson.
- File No. PLSRA202056: Part of the original shore road allowance along the shore of Black Lake, lying in front of 11255 Black Lake WAO located within Lot 25, Concession 8, in the Geographic Township of Lutterworth.
- File No. PLSRA2021077: Part of the original shore road allowance along the shore of East Moore’s Lake, lying in front of 1382 Wessell Road located within Lot 23, Concession 5, in the Geographic Township of Lutterworth.
The Council meeting to consider a by-law to stop up, close and convey the parcels listed above will be scheduled for July 25, 2024.
The above noted applications are available for inspection in the Building and Planning Department located at 7 Milne Street, Minden, Ontario by appointment only.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE any person who claims that their land will be prejudicially affected is asked to contact the undersigned at their earliest convenience. If deemed advisable, By-laws giving effect to the proposed closure and conveyance will be passed by the Council for the Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills.
