Take Notice there will be a Special Meeting of Council held Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 9:00 AM in the Council Chambers, located at 7 Milne Street, Minden, ON.

The purpose of the Special Meeting will include a Closed Session of Council at 9:00 a.m. The2024 Final Budget and Business Plan Presentation will follow at 10:00 a.m.

•  9:00 a.m. – Closed Session Meeting – pursuant to Section 239(2) for the purpose of discussing the following items;
  • One item: (k) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, regarding a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board. (Negotiations)
  • One item: (e) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, regarding litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board. (Legal Update)
•  10:00 a.m. 2024 Final Budget and Business Plan Presentation- the Special meeting resumes. (Open to the Public)
