Take Notice there will be a Special Meeting of Council held Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 9:00 AM in the Council Chambers, located at 7 Milne Street, Minden, ON.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to continue the 2023 Budget Deliberations and to enter into a Closed Session meeting for the purpose of discussing the following items:

• One item pursuant to Section 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, regarding labour relations or employee negotiations;(Staffing Plan)
• One item pursuant to Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, regarding litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board;(Legal Update)

Please note the live-stream link provided for the meeting will only be activated for the duration of one week.  The Special Council meeting will be conducted via web conference and in-person.
