Notice of Special Committee of Adjustment Meetings

Take Notice there will be two Special Committee of Adjustment meetings held on Monday March 18, 2024 and Tuesday March 19, 2024 both at 9:30 AM in the Council Chambers, located at 7 Milne Street, Minden, ON.

The purpose of the Special Meetings is to enter into a Closed Session meeting at 9:30 AM pursuant to section 239 (3.1) Of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended regarding Education or Training.

Members of the Public are invited to observe the Committee proceedings by joining the live-stream. The link is available on each Agenda located on the Township Civic Web Portal at https://mindenhills.civicweb.net/Portal/MeetingTypeList.aspx  or by visiting the Township of Minden Hills YouTube channel.

Please note the live-stream link provided for each meeting will only be activated for the duration of one week. The Special Committee meeting will be conducted via web conference and in-person.

We encourage those wishing to view the meeting to also download the agenda, as it will not be displayed during the streaming process. Meeting agendas can be downloaded by visiting the township website at www.mindenhills.ca/council/.
