Notice of Public Meeting(s) - April 27, 2023

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills will be holding Public Meetings on Thursday, April 27, 2023, during its Regular Council Meeting.

The meeting will commence at 9:00 AM in the Council Chambers located at 7 Milne Street, Minden ON.

The purpose of the meetings is to receive public input on the following:

• Proposed changes to the Township’s Fees and Charges By-law – Schedule A - Classes of Permits & Fees – Building; and

• Proposed 2023 Municipal Budget.

How to Participate in the Meeting

Members of the public wishing to participate virtually and make comment/speak at the Public Meeting must:

• pre-register by emailing admin@mindenhills.ca by Wednesday April 26, before 4:00 PM
• or by attending and registering the morning of the meeting before 8:30 a.m.

Participants registering after 8:30 AM will not be permitted into the public meeting. 

Once registered, participants will automatically be placed into a holding room and brought into the meeting as permitted by the Chair.

Please Note: 

We encourage those wishing to view the meeting to also download the agenda, as it will not be displayed during the streaming process. Meeting agendas can be downloaded by visiting the Township of Minden Hills CivicWeb Portal at https://mindenhills.civicweb.net/Portal/

Notice of 2023 Budget Approval - April 27, 2023

Please take notice that Council of the Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills during its Regular Council meeting held on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 9:00 AM via web conference will consider adopting the following 2023 Estimates By-law related to the 2023 Municipal Budget.

Please note the live-stream link provided for each meeting will only be activated for the duration of one week.  The Regular Council meeting will be conducted via web conference and in-person.
