Notice of Public Meeting – 2025 Budget

Take Notice that the Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills is preparing its 2025 Municipal Draft Budget and will hold a Special Council meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the County of Haliburton Council Chambers (11 Newcastle Street, Minden). Venue has been changed due to roof repairs at the Minden Hills Office.

During the Special Council meeting there will be a Public Meeting to receive input from the public regarding the budget. There will also be an overview of the Draft 2025 Budget, including Water and Wastewater Budgets.

Members of the public are invited to participate and make comment/speak at the Public Meeting.

Members of the public wishing to participate may attend in person at the County of Haliburton Council Chambers (11 Newcastle St., Minden) or electronically.

To participate electronically you must pre-register by emailing by Wednesday, November 20, 2024 before 4:00 pm and provide:

Electronic Participation is via Zoom Once registered, electronic participants will automatically be placed into a holding room and brought into the meeting as permitted.

Members of the Public are invited to observe Council proceedings via the live-stream link, available at the top of the Agenda located on the Minden Hills CivicWeb Portal at https://mindenhills.civicweb.net/Portal/ .
