Take Notice that that due to technical issues, the Committee of Adjustment meeting scheduled for Monday, July 31, 2023 has been cancelled/postponed.

In accordance with Procedural By-law 20-84, a Meeting of the Committee of Adjustment will be rescheduled to proceed to public hearing for the applications as noted below:

1. PLMV2023026 – Part Lot 10, Concession 10, Geographic Township of Minden; municipally known as 1198 Pleasant Point Road and located on Twelve Mile Lake
2. PLMV2023029 – Part Lot 25, Concession 5, Part 1, 2 & 3 Geographic Township of Minden; municipally known as 1024 Pilgrim Lane and located on Kashagawigamog Lake
3. PLMV2023030 – Part Lot 10, Concession 3, Geographic Township of Anson; municipally known as 1299 Claude Brown Road and located on Bob Lake

Notice of Public Hearing will be circulated in the same manner, in accordance with the Planning Act, prior to a Meeting being held.
