2022 Spring/Summer Recreation Guide
Gymnasium and Walking Track
All activities are offered in 1 hour time slots and participants must have clean, indoor shoes to participate. Information poster of available recreational programming
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Tuesdays 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Ice Programs

Sundays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Adult $5 Senior/Youth $3 Family $12 (includes 2 adults, 3 kids) ** monthly and annual passes will be available soon**
What is it?
Allows parents to work with their children on the fundamentals of hockey and improve skills
- Pucks will not be raised above the knee and shooting the puck with excessive force will not be permitted (slap shots)
- There are no goalies or nets on the ice during Stick & Puck
- CSA Approved Hockey Helmets are required
- Children MUST be accompanied by an adult (1 adult: 3 kids)

What is it?
A time for young children and a supervising adult to skate together.
- Children must be 6-years of age or younger to participate in this program
- Children must be accompanied by an adult on the ice surface
- Children MUST be accompanied by an adult (1 adult: 3 kids)
- No carrying of children is to be permitted.
Thursdays 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Adult $5 Senior $3 ** monthly and annual passes will be available soon**
What is it?
Adult shinny is an adult based, non-contact scrimmage session.
- Patrons must be a minimum age of 18 years or older
- Shooting the puck with excessive force will not be permitted
- Physical contact is not permitted
- Goalies are permitted on the ice, provided they are wearing full goalie gear
- CSA Approved Hockey Helmets are required
- Hockey Equipment is strongly recommended
