Please take notice of the Public Meeting to be held virtually during its meeting of Council on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 9:00 AM in the Council office, located at 7 Milne Street, Minden, ON.
The purpose of the meeting is regarding proposed fee changes to:
- The Township’s Comprehensive Fees and Charges By-law Cemetery Services – Schedule G; and Community Services Programs and Facilities – Schedule H; and
- The Haliburton Highlands Water Trails Bylaw – Schedule B.

Members of the Public wishing to watch the meeting can do so by joining the live-stream link, available on the township website at: https://www.mindenhills.ca/council/ or by using the direct live-stream link provided above.
Members of the public wishing to participate and make comment/speak at the Public Meetings must:
- pre-register by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday February 23, 2022 before 4:00 PM
- or by attending and registering the morning of the meeting before 8:30 AM
Participants registering after 8:30 AM will not be permitted into the public meeting.
Once registered, participants will automatically be placed into a holding room and brought into the meeting as permitted by the Chair.
