Subject:       Bell Phone Service Disruption

Bell customers in the Township of Minden Hills and throughout the County of Haliburton are currently experiencing issues when making phone calls.

Bell customers calling on a mobile or landline phone are currently unable to connect. Callers may get a busy signal or a “customer not available message”.

Calls placed through other networks such as Rogers, TELUS or NFTC are still connecting.

Bell customers calling the Township of Minden Hills for municipal services are asked to call 705-286-3370 during regular business hours or email admin@mindenhills.ca and your request will be directed to the appropriate department. Please be patient when calling in, as you may receive a busy signal. If so, please hang up and try your call after a few minutes.

Bell is aware of the issue and is working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while the issue is being resolved.

If you have an emergency, please dial 911. For municipal related inquiries after-hours, please call 1-866-856-3247.
