Event Insurance

The Township of Minden Hills requires all events taking place on Township property, which are not in the control of the municipality, to provide a certificate of insurance with $5,000,000 general liability that names the Township of Minden Hills as being additional insured.  This certificate must be provided to the Clerk’s Department at least one month prior to the event taking place.  Please contact the Clerk’s Department for more information.

General Liability coverage is required to be provided by 3rd party users of the townships facilities to protect the township and its citizens from any potential claims that may arise during the usage of these facilities.
