1. Cultural Centre Attendant(s)

The Township of Minden Hills is currently accepting resumes for Cultural Centre Attendant(s). This position provides operational assistance to the Minden Hills Cultural Centre. Some of the work activities include: assisting with exhibition installation, tours, programming, filing, archiving collections, front desk reception. Also provides visitor information services as well as minor cleaning duties. This is a casual position, based on a maximum of a 24 hour work week, to a maximum of 48 hours every 2 weeks. This position provides support and a variety of maintenance operations for the Community Services Department. This is a summer student position until August 25, 2017, based on 40 hours/week. Must be 16-30 years old and returning to school in the fall. 4. Recreation & Events Assistant

The Township of Minden Hills is currently accepting resumes for a Recreation and Events Assistant. This position is responsible for assisting with recreation programming, community events and volunteer engagement for the Township. This is a 6 (six) month contract position, based on 24 hours/week. Grade 12, CPR/AED certification and a valid “G” license are required. Preference to those with experience in recreation settings, direct programming, and/or have a post-secondary degree/diploma in Recreation Studies or related field. The Township of Minden Hills is currently accepting resumes for a Temporary Full Time Operator for the Roads Department.  This position provides a variety of construction activities, snow/ice removal, maintenance and repair services to roads, bridges, culverts, drainage and other road works maintenance for the Roads Department.  This is a temporary full time position.
