An individual or group wishing to address Council must advise the Township Clerk in writing no less than one week before a scheduled Committee of the Whole/Council Meeting.
Once confirmed on the Agenda, the delegation will have ten minutes to speak to Council about their issue. Delegations of five or more people will be allowed to have two speakers.
You will be notified by the Clerk’s Department no less than five business days before the meeting whether the delegation request has been approved.
