8th Annual Festival of Trees

Friday November 24 10am to 6pm
Saturday November 25 10am to 8pm
Sunday November 26 12pm to 3pm
All draws for individual items held Sunday November 26 starting at 3:00 pm.

Now in its eighth successful year, the Festival of Trees is a fundraising event for the Minden Hills Cultural Centre. This year the festival has expanded with 38 beautifully decorated Christmas trees as well as creatively designed wreaths and garlands. Gift baskets and gift certificates are also numerous. All are placed throughout all the Agnes Jamieson Gallery, Heritage Village and Nature’s Place. Visit the expanded Gift Shoppe for unique, handcrafted Christmas gift ideas and the Candy Shoppe for a wide assortment of chocolate, candy bags and treats.

Santa will be at the Cultural Centre Saturday after the Minden Santa Claus Parade for all to visit.

New this year as well is the Bowron House 1866 gingerbread baking, photo booth, 12 Days of Christmas Special Prize Game and lots of Christmas music to start the Holiday Season!

Admission is $5 per adults (18+) Children and youth admission is FREE
Plenty of parking


FAMILY CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT MAKING

Sunday December 10
12pm to 2pm in the Common Room

A fun afternoon for the whole family! Draw your own colourful, unique Christmas designs and then transfer them onto polymer clay ornaments.
